May be I understand this quote. However, it's difficult to translate it. My translate: "Với tôi, lời nói cũng là một dạng hành động, có khả năng làm ảnh hưởng và thay đổi."
"Với tôi, từ ngữ cũng là một dạng hành động, có khả năng gây tác động dẫn đến sự thay đổi."
