It has been said
that the richer your food is the more likely you will get it.
Where does it come from?
What cause it?
What is its development mechanism?
How can it be identified?
Can it be cured?
If yes, what to do to cure it?
If no, can one live with it, peacefully, and how?

well, we all knew that Gout is a metabolic disease. There is a defect in uric metabolism that leads to an excess of the uric acid and it salts accumulating in the blood stream and joints. Now I will give more details about this uncomfortable condition.
1,there is a sentence about it: "The richer your food is the more likely you will get it". In fact, I don't know exactly where the sentence comes from but I guess It was said very long time ago because there are some wrings written at Hippocrates's time that describe it.
2,What cause gout?
+ Genetics may play a role in causing gout.about 18% of people with gout have at least one of members of their family that have the disease.
+Gender and age: it's more common in men and adults
+ overweight people or ones with diabetes are more likely to suffer from it.
+Drinking too much alcohol is also a cause
+unhealthy diet with too much protein can cause gout.
+some people who take some types of medicines or have certain conditions are at high risk of having high level of uric acid.
+An enzyme defect that affects the process of metabolizing purines also can cause Gout.
3,what is its development mechanism?
firstly, let's take a look about how uric acid and its salts are made and excreted from out body. Proteins are source of uric acid and its salts. Our bodies make them in catabolic process of proteins.Uric acid and its salts are converted to purines or transported by blood to the kidneys and then passed out in the urine after filtered from bloodstream.
so, which ways that increase the proteins and their use in our body such as unhealthy diet with too much proteins, diabetes, overweight or even being hungry for a long time; affect the process of metabolizing purines such as enzyme defect, taking some types of medicines or have some conditions; affect the excretion of uric acid and it salts in the kidneys such as drinking a lot of alcohol will increase the level of uric acid and it salts in blood and tissues especially in joints. so this condition leads to acute gouty arthritis and chronic destruction of the joints, deposits of urates in the skin and cartilage. It also damages the kidneys, forms stones.
4,how can it be identified?
It can be identified by some signs, symptoms and tests.
+ arthritis with pain, hot, redness and swell of joints
+ the level of urates is over the limit.
5,can it be cured?
yes, of course. But sometimes Gout becomes chronic.
6, treatment:
+Raise and rest your limb. Sometimes a splint is used to immobilise the joint.
+Keep your joint cool and don't cover it.Apply ice or a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel to your joint for about 20 minutes to help reduce swelling
+Medicines: I'll tell you after this year when I have known about the study of medicines.
+ living healthy life: eating healthy diet, doing exercise...
